Join me in a workshop of music and meditation, at Brooklyn’s Park Slope Food Coop on Sunday, February 10. Listen to the violin in Indian ragas and Bach, sing Indian and Western vocals, sit quietly following your breath. Enjoy the meditative experience of the music and the silence. The session is from noon to 2 p.m., admission is free, and the CDs in the Ragas for Health series will be available. I look forward to the afternoon together.
