Dear Friends, I am back home from 5 weeks in India, visiting friends and studying the meditative Drupad vocal style, and now ready to offer this workshop. We will listen to Indian ragas and vocalize (no prior experience necessary) with the tamboura, hear solo Bach on violin, and enjoy moments of silence after each music to allow a state of calmness to arise. I will also play 2 Tagore songs, some Bach and perhaps some Celtic music. Hope you can make it - if living there. And all enjoy the video attached here, which Jayita created for our concert. The art will be showing on the 23rd as well.
